Return and Refund Policy
Returning an Item?

For the well-being of worms, mealworms, and other live animals such as predatory mites, we cannot accept returns for these items. We hope for your understanding.

For all other items, the following applies:

You can return them within 30 days of receipt. Here's how it works:
– Contact us via Info@wormenkwekerijwasse.nl or +31 6 18441825.
– Request a return label; this will be sent to you via email. Note: there are costs associated with this.
– Print the label and attach it to the box.
– Drop off the package at a PostNL point.

Once the package has been received in good condition, the purchase amount will be refunded.
