You can sow directly in the ground around mid-March to mid-June. It is important that the soil is free of weeds to increase the chance of germination. Possibly with a thin layer of worm manure after scattering so that the seed is lightly covered and can germinate better. After this, only a watering can of water or a rain shower remains.
