Pak choi 'Taisai' is a fast-growing leafy vegetable. Rapid bolting is not wise to sow early in the spring. Harvesting in time benefits the taste. If some flower buds are already visible at harvest, that is hardly a problem at all.
Do not grow this crop if you have problems with club root in the soil. Create thin at a row distance of 30 cm and later thin out at 25 cm.
TIP: also suitable as a baby leaf (sowing period: June-August)!
