Sowing and harvesting can be done indoors all year round. Cress sprouts are a well-known sprout vegetable consisting of both the sprout and the young leaves that can be eaten. Garden cress contains mustard oil and tastes delicious in salads and on bread.
We have a very suitable sprouting dish in our range for growing the sprouts. Growing is very easy with this bowl! The cress should be sprinkled in a thin layer over the rooster, then you can fill the glass bowl with water to the bottom of the rooster.
If necessary, the water can even be added to the underside of the rooster on a daily basis. The garden cress is best placed in a fairly bright place with an assumption. Harvest: After about a week, the sprouts can be eaten.
