This variety forms rather high erect red leaves. Garden mallow grows on any soil.
Sow in rows 30 cm apart. To always be able to harvest young leaves, sow more often in succession. When the plants are allowed to grow beyond just eating the leaves (stems become too fibrous). TIP: also suitable as a baby leaf (sowing period: March-July)!
