Parsley 'Gigante d'Italia' promotes digestion and is used in many dishes. Parsley is an annual crop and regrowth is continuous.
Annual crop. Parsley can be sown as early as March, but the germination time is long (approx. 1-2 weeks). At higher soil temperatures, germination proceeds considerably faster. Direct sowing in April-June is also possible. Maintain a row spacing of 25 to 30 cm and thin out in rows to 10 cm. Because continuous regrowth one can cut the same plants for months. The fresh leaves can be used in various dishes.
