Spinach 'Winter Giants' is the classic winter growing variety of spinach. This variety produces large, dark green leaves and is very resistant to frost. In the summer it will shoot quickly.
When sown in late summer and autumn (August to October), the spinach can overwinter. Harvesting is possible from October to January. Can also be used for early cultivation from January-February. TIP: Also suitable as babyleaf (sowing period: February-October)!
