Summer purslane is a very fast growing summer vegetable with a bright green leaf color. Mixing with sand partially reduces sowing, because the seeds are very fine. Sow only when there is sufficient heat and certainly not sow in the open ground before mid-May. Approx. 3 weeks after sowing can already be harvested.
TIP: also suitable as a baby leaf (sowing period: May-August)!
