(Brassica rapa) is a variant of the better known Pak choi. The nice dark round, thick leaves can be prepared both raw and spinach. Grow fast.
Not difficult to call; but has been achieved for clubroot, so rotation is important. Water well. Protect from cold nights in the beginning. Good winter hardy, can be harvested for a long time and can be stored for a long time. Harvest: 4 to 5 weeks after sowing, the crops or individual leaves can be harvested. TIP: also suitable as a baby leaf (sowing period: March-August)!
